[Posted 11/2018] LF: fantasy site for a monster & a monster

A friend and I are looking for an animanga (no mixed FCs) site where we can play our "monster" and our monster hunter. No series canons (e.g. Shougo Makashima from Psycho-Pass), original chars only. Fandom or original setting. The forum host doesn't matter, but we're most familiar with Jcink & PB.
We're fine with fitting them in various possible scenes:
• Rune Factory or Final Fantasy where summons/fayth/other entities are playable
• Feudal era Japan where yokai are present and prominent (e.g. Inuyasha, Princess Mononoke)
• Feel free to propose something else where their dynamic may fit
Other elements we'd like:
• IC prejudices (especially monster vs human)
• Dark themes and fighting/hunting/etc. allowed
• Stronger/OP-ish characters (with equally strong weaknesses, so not omnipotent)
• Playable guardians (like god of the mountain, god of the forest), something of that nature
• It should be in a rural/not very developed (i.e. no cars, no phones, no net, etc.) setting
