What had begun with a pile of his quaffle dogs laughing and teasing him had turned into a pig roast. A quick stupify spell knocked his limbs out, albeit, the inexperience of his cohorts left their magic imperfect. He could still curse at his three pals and wiggle his fingers and toes in fury. Eddie finally called to the portraits they passed for help but they all payed him no mind. A handful laughed at him, and even more told him to shut his trap. It was after midnight, and there were no prefects since they were all still in the astronomy tower with butterbeer and the rest of the quidditch geeks. "Don't worry, Eddie, we're doing this because you have a special place in our hearts."
"Sure I do, Peter. Your blugders never touched my heart though."
"Hahaha! The captain gets his prize!! Right?"
"You really want to sit out next game, huh?"
"Heh, stop acting like it isn't your turn, old chum."From stealing towels in the locker room, to condoms on broomsticks, the pranks among the Hufflepuff quidditch team were escalating. Apparently there was a lot of sexual tension beneath their hardworking exteriors. On the grounds in the twilight, all Edmond Nott saw was the gaping mouth of the broom closet as the rickety door opened. The Quidditch field was chill in the night, and the shack was musty with mold and the woody smell of straw. When they strongarmed him inside, his robes were stretched and torn in a couple places, and his face was pink with exertion. They threw his body in like a sack, and he grunted as he fell into someone's soft, small lap. "...Let me off," He muttered, his limbs numb and difficult to move. Someone's knee was in his chest, and he didn't like the sound of the padlock closing. HIMA

The air was stuffy, and Violetta found it hard to breathe properly. She groaned, elbowed the wall, and yelped at the sharp, yet numb pain shot through her. Her head was fuzzy and jumbled and confused and she had no idea what was going on around her, never mind where she was, what happened to her to get here, and all that. Oh lord above, why was she so useless? A sudden wave of emotion made her want to cry. Besides crying, noises come close and suddenly something heavy was thrown onto her body, so on instinct she bunched up her body and kneed the weight. "W-What is it... What-" There was a voice. A familiar, strange, yet warm voice talking. Probably not at her, because no one usually paid much mind to her, since she was just that bookworm Ravenclaw prefect everyone'd rather do without because she was so good at her job. "I..." She began, noting before her eyes was nothing but the darkness that haunted her dreams, Violetta yelped. "I can't see." She murmured. "I don't know... where I am? Where am I? Can you answer that... for me?" Her voice got quieter and quieter. Violetta felt a migraine coming on. Staying in this position was probably a bad thing, so she tried to squirm away from the weight on her knees, but wherever she was didn't allow her that much space to move. Pool Boy

He listened to whomever it was babble beneath him and he knew in an instant the situation. He couldn't care to answer her questions. He just want out. "YOU PUT LUTTIRE IN HERE WITH ME??" Eddie shouted at the door and the fading noise of his teammates. Swears he couldn't utter sunk into his stomach as she jostled under him. Her knee banged his cheek a good one. He grunted from it. She must be a shrimp beneath her robes. Eddie could feel the outline of her legs pretty well, and he hated how he was imagining it. "...broom closet," he filled in for the Ravenclaw in a worn voice. "Bloody hell, watch where you stick your knees!" HIMA

She squirmed more, suddenly feeling incredibly miserable. While usually she was able to put up a front and force her way through it, Violetta was a girl, and she didn't like being spoken to like she was dirt on the ground. "Please don't... ears hurt..." She spoke a little louder, but managed to get her legs free from underneath the owner of the voice. For some reason, his words were really hurtful and Violetta felt tears in her eyes. "I... I didn't want to be here either! But... I can't remember how I g-got in here, I mean, yes, I was... No, I-" She stuttered, tilting her head to one side. Curious to see who this voice was, her free hands reached forward to touch him. "P-Please don't get angry at me, but I want to know who you are, see! Well, I can't see... But I'm sure you can." She chuckled sweetly, uncharacteristic of her usually tough exterior. She was always play pretending, and alcohol loosened up her screws. Violetta than began to sway, then fall onto Eddie's chest. Instead of moving and apologising, she stopped instead, listening to his heartbeat, mouthing half words and murmurs. Pool Boy

He rolled over onto his back as she slipped out from beneath him. Eddie coughed at the dust, and he squinted up at the notorious prefect's silhouette. It took a moment for a healthy fear to settle in as she pressed her fingers to his chest and interrogated his identity. Eddie knew Violetta well enough. He knew she was a strict little prude of a girl. But the heavy aroma of butterbeer hit him when she leaned closer, and he knew this could only end in disaster She was the last girl in the world he expected to give alcohol a go. Too prim. Too by the book. Were the letters falling off the page? No way Viol would help him if she knew he were Edmond Nott. Especially after the shit he pulled in he forest. Now he wasn't incredibly afraid of her. No. But Eddie knew Violetta kept up with lessons pretty well, and she had a glare just for him. As she pressed her head to his chest with a dance in her voice that he'd have mocked her for, he knew this wasn't the same girl. Even drunk, how the hell did they get her in here without a curse?? "Isaac Carraway," he said, pulling out the name of another Ravenclaw as much of a clock as Violetta. You know, someone she would respect. Someone she could even possibly remember the stupify counter-curse for. She probably missed the slight, momentary weakness of his pulse that hinted the lie. The prefect was a heavy lump where she curled below his chin. He wanted to laugh, not because she was silly, but because he was already, oddly enough, familiar with the smell of her shampoo. He wanted to laugh, but Isaac Carraway wouldn't have laughed. "...Are you all right, prefect?" he asked in poor imitation. HIMA

"Li-ar!" She said, as if revealing a secret only she knew, with lips curling into a smile. "Issac doesn't call me Luttire. He calls me Violet! Plus... you don't sound like him." She said fondly, fingers fliddling with the fabric of his robes. "I think you want something. People only call me prefect when they've done something wrong or they want something. Which is it... stranger? But sound so familiar... I wonder why." Violetta breathed heavily, hair scattered around her head as if eating his torso alive. Her long legs scrambled for space, which ended up kicking something. Pool Boy

"What rubbish, I swear to god I always sound like this," he protested, his accent bordering on mockery of Isaac's nasally, obedient tone. Eddie was sure Viol would just go along with it if he could lead her on enough. She was stroking his chest after all. Hell if he knew what it meant, but it did help the nervousness in his voice. "It's been a horrible night Viol. I forgot the bloody stupify counter-curse... Well, because they cursed me to forget it," he managed to tack on. HIMA

Violetta sighed. She traced circles on his chest, sighing again. "Why won't you listen to me? I can smell a liar from miles away. It's almost like a talent, like my occlumency. It's my special talent." The Ravenclaw smiled sweetly. Then, she fell into full blown laughter. "You got into a stupify?! Oh, you're good alright. Hold on a sec, let me... Let me find... Percy... Wand..." She murmured, hands leaving his chest to touch her own body, trying to look for the wand. It wasn't there, so she decided to look harder. Ah! There it was! By... By... w-wait... Ah, there! It had fallen by his legs, and Violetta had to climb over him to fetch it. Once in possession, she waved it around with circles that were just a little too big. Pool Boy

"Uhh, hey, I didn't mean that-whoa-uh," he muttered as her palm pressed near his hip. He stopped himself from pointing anything out where her hands were matching up beneath his robes. I mean, she hadn't touched it, but she was close... She seemed intent to undo the spell, so if he sat tight, everything would turn out fine. Besides, everyone knew Isaac didn't have much of anything down there. It would blow his cover. Except that the tail end of her robes were covering his face, and she was patting around down there so much.... Whatever - this memory would be on Isaac's head. When she finally came back to the surface, the device was in her hand. In a quick flick, the spell was done, but not right. In a screwy flash of light, the shelf of bludgers Violetta's foot had early kicked a quaffle from in innocense came tumbling down over the two, trapping them beneath a storm of mean black missiles. All eddie could manage do was grab her robes and pull her beneath him as the shelf slowly threatened to fall before slamming in all its glory. A mushroom cloud of broom dust formed above them. HIMA

Violetta couldn't get a hold on reality. She had no idea what was going on, especially since she couldn't see at all, and in a world of blackness her complacency turned into sudden horror. Pushed onto the floor with a heavy weight compressed onto her body, it was even more difficult to breathe now, what, with her stranger stuck on top of her like that. It was a reflex reaction, she'd like to think, but she did what she did and Violetta was still holding onto his head right now. She had given him an awkward embrace, and while sober Violetta would've surely freaked out and melted into a pot of fondue, she was drunk, and that gave her a confidence she had never felt before. Despite the pressure on her fingers, they didn't move from their position just above his head. Violetta didn't want him to hurt. He had hurt enough. Lips brushing against his cheek, they moved away for a moment to whisper oh so quietly. "I'm sorry it hurts." Pool Boy

"There's worse," he managed in retort, his mouth hovering somewhere close to hers. His forearm was pulled above her shoulder, his back hoisting the rickety shelf up a level. The bludgers had slammed around them but it wasn't deadly if you had your arms out around you. Eddie was smart enough to duck his head in. Now that there was some air, he grinned a bit at the tickle of her hands. He let himself fall down a little on purpose, his mouth dropping to her ear. "You all right, Prefect? Uh, I can't really get up," he finished with a tense confession, his other hand managing to press down the left side of her blindfold. He pulled himself back up, since he'd gathered some strength. "It's my fault. I should have been straight from the start, because if you knew it was me, we might be okay in the office." His soft chuckles were cut short by the weight. "I think you'll owe me a beer for this one though." HIMA

She squinted a little when some light flooded her eyes, and all of a sudden, a very familiar face was brought up to her attention. Her eyes widened, irises expanded. It was like, for a brief second, Violetta had forgotten how to breathe, and when she did, it hitched, as if her brain hadn't got over the surprise yet, although in Violetta's true inner conscience, she still couldn't quite put her finger on who this person was. "E-Eddie," She tried, voice a little strained. "I'm okay, Eddie." At that, she chuckled. "You shouldn't worry about me though." Violetta spoke as if softly scolding a young child. Her fingers ran through his hair, slightly, and they pushed his head down to hers, and brought her lips to his with a gentle smile, and a soft kiss. Bringing them away, she chuckled as if finding a new secret about herself. "I'm out of money this week, sorry." Pool Boy

"Well," he smiled down at her coyly, when her lips left his and all that was between them again was their breath. Maybe his teammates weren't all brawn. "The one you've already had also works," he said, lowering and returning a more adventurous kiss through his grin. She was in a strangely good mood, and for once, it suited him. HIMA

His lips were warm on hers, supplying her with a fuzzy kind of energy she could feel so vividly all throughout her body. Without thinking, she brought herself even closer to him, as if every millimeter away from him was going to hurt. Was this what it meant to grow wild with lust? It was a first for Violetta, and she wasn't sure what this feeling was. All she knew was that she didn't want her lips to leave his. But when they did, she couldn't do anything but look into his eyes, as if she'd find her own body there, trapped without being able to escape. "That was... was... my first..." She murmured, cheeks dusted a hot pink. Her stomach twisted and turned, butterflies bursting out of nowhere. Pool Boy

The kiss was a special sort of fun, mildly vindictive, thrill. To see this side of her going along with whatever might happen, and to hear the trust mixed in with her apology, was something incredibly bewildering. A serpentine aspect in the depths of Edmond Nott, pure blood, reveled in the Ravenclaw's weakness, but the badger won out as he squeezed her hand and met her shaken amethyst eyes with the warmth of his brown hues. With his body hovering over the Prefect, Edmond Nott promised himself he was never going to let her forget this moment, not because he loved her or anything, but because it hilariously went against everything she stood for. There was something in the way she held a fistful of his robes over his chest that made him grin like this. He was satisfied for the night. "Anyway, we should get out of here," he muttered, coming out of his own daze. With a good push and grunt under the stress, he leaned off of her, rolling to the side and holding up the shelf with his arm. The bludgers jittered anxiously around them like bird hearts. HIMA
