Looking for a site where I can play a gym leader

Character Name: Asmodeus, maybe? Mode or Momo for short

Basics:

[*]It'd be cool if he could be a "team rocket" (or equivalent) gymleader like Giovanni, but not necessary
[*]I do have an FC in mind but I don't want to post it up. If it's taken, I can find an alt

Preferred Genre(s): Non-canon PKMN, please
Preferred Word Count: 0-100 with no hidden exceptions
Preferred Violence Content: Some/most/etc.
Preferred Sexual Content: fade-to-black
Preferred Level: No elitism, please.

Looking for: A place to play that ^ and a place where I can expect posts every day or every other day
Not Looking for: RL FCs, mixed FCs, canons (e.g. Ash Ketchum; though I'm cool with there being a million Nurse Joys and Officer Jennies, lol!).
Willing to look at other sites not listed?: Not this time

Other notes: I've never played at a site where you had to have mod intervention to catch pokemon or whatever, so I'm not entirely sure if I'd be keen to join a site that's mod-heavy... but throw one at me anyway just in case.
