So uh just a heads up guys but there is a new version of style tags out and I can't seem to find the old one. The new one is here and it's sort of weird but not too bad. It comes with an easy converter code that instantly changes old style tags to the new format.

iPokemon basically took down the old one afaik, I've been retrieving the original classy codes from old sites. The new one's a lot closer to html, and... uh, maybe he's updated it since release, because the reason I haven't updated any sites to it was because I couldn't convert the old classy tags successfully. This could also be because I'm a total noob.
If the easy button's legit, we should all probably update though.

//late
it might just be me, but the converter link is down, which is pretty irritating. i do like how the new ones emulate html more though. I CAN FINALLY USE IDS~

bumping a dead thread ooops
idk if you gangnam style is going to do the switch from the older style tags to the newer ones or if you already have lmfao but i've used it and it's super easy now because there is now an option where you can use both the old and new style tags and they both work. so you don't even have to convert anything anymore!

I would also want the code tag modification fix put up lol unless the update lets you safely put styles in the codeboxes already.
I had assumed we haven't upgraded because most sites aren't, but I think it's about time we should?

i don't believe the update lets you put style tags between code tags, i think it turns [ into < or something similar to that. i could be wrong though. i don't really use code boxes much anymore. and i don't really think anyone does, especially with style tags.

Actually, you're able to place the style in code tags it turns them into { and once you hit style checker it turns them back into [. I have been using the new style tags and they work just fine.
