PERSONALITY: Austin's personality has taken quite a loop. He started out his life as a fun-loving, happy-go-lucky young boy but everything changed when he was around fourteen/fifteen (for reasons explained in his history.) After this he became much colder and distant, though he still retained a few close friends. He was prone to partying and hooking up with one-night-stands so he kind of got a reputation as a whore, though he wore it with pride. It was during this time that he developed a biting wit and a snarky, sarcastic sense of humor. All in all he was just plain mean. The typical rich boy who looks down on others and is a complete jerk. Things changed once again, however, when he was around eighteen, so fairly recently. After he started dating his wife he started acting like the sweet person he used to be, and only ended up getting nicer with age. He retained his sarcastic humor, though he isn't as rude and mean as he once was during his tumultuous teen years.

HISTORY: Austin Fox was born into a family of old money. Both of his parents and most of his extended family had inherited riches of some kind and were busy adding to their piles of money with high profile jobs like doctors, lawyers, CEOs and the like. His parents worked in the precious metals industry, owning a business that distributed gold, silver and platinum. He didn't really care much about his parents' work, however. He was just a kid.

Things changed, though, when he was about fourteen to fifteen. Many things changed. It was during this time that he was sent to live with his aunt and uncle in Massachusetts, along with his baby sister. It turns out that his parents' company was a front for gold smuggling and they have been caught, and both of them had to go to jail. So, they were shipped off to the sea-side town and Austin started school there that fall.

It was then that he met his first serious girlfriend, Olivia McManus. She was a year older than him but that didn't seem to matter. He thought he was in love with her in his naivety, and he ended up giving his virginity to her. Of course, as all things go, he ended up finding out that she was cheating on him with an older football player, and he was shattered. With his trust forsaken and feeling lost, his emotions hardened and he became rude, mean and sarcastic. Austin turned to parties, alcohol and one-night-stands to try to forget his problems.

Then, when he was eighteen, there was a new girl at school. Her name was Amelia Walker and Austin started feeling himself fall for her. Afraid of getting hurt again he tried to put up his walls, blocking her out by trying to be as rude as possible to her. She, of course, reacted negatively, but that didn't stop his budding feelings. The two eventually reconciled at the end of the school year, before Austin's graduation, and started to date.

Austin had no real plans to go to university, so he stuck around at his aunt and uncle's, taking care of his little sister and continuing his relationship with Amelia. When he was twenty, she turned eighteen a few months later, and the two were married shortly after. Amelia was heading into the Air Force and they wanted to get married before that point.

And that's where the history stops for now, but in the near future Austin and Amelia end up having twins, Aria and Adrien, as well as four other children in subsequent years. Amelia continues with her job in the Air Force and after a while, Austin decides he wants to try and obtain a law degree, so he goes to university for that and achieves his goal within the next seven years.
