KING PETER FONTAGNE . TWENTY NINE . BEOWULF (black and yellow) ROBOT . EASILY MANIPULATED . APATHETIC . EVASIVE . SUSPICIOUS . FEARFUL . FIRM . CONFRONTATIONAL . HOT-HEADED . VIOLENT . SPOILED . TENACIOUS . SPONTANEOUS . MISGUIDED . PRESUMPTUOUS . IGNORANT
Peter Fontagne, under all his oniony layers, is but a watchmaker. He has an intense appreciation of clocks, gadgets, gizmos, and gears. They are delicate and opulent, fragile yet exact. Most of all, the are mind-numbing and apathetic, for what is more merciless than the march of time?
Peter rose to power thirteen years ago at the young age of sixteen. He grew up a fatherless son, the man killed via an assassination while his mother was pregnant. His mother, a strong woman, held regency until he turned sixteen. At the age of nineteen, another war spark between his country and the infidels of their neighbors. He led a strong campaign, and heavily influenced by his father's old adviser, led an attack that killed their King and left their government in chaos. The adviser, George Bushiere, was then appointed to manage the kingdom though such a foreign hand was immensely unpopular. The royal family was forced back into hiding. Meanwhile, Peter would hardly had time to contemplate the pushover he was becoming as George Bushier sent the Escutcheon piloting prince on more campaigns. Draw blood freely, kill first and assume all their the answers to your questions are lies. Hate of this conquered land was drilled into Peter.
From an easily influenced boy, he grew into a puppet of a man with a hand for death and the automatism of the clocks he so loved to build.
SECRETS: Peter sees george bushiere as a father figure and he desperately tries to impress the man. He also killed his mother's dog when he was a boy because a noble's son dared him too. In fact, there have been many instances in the past where he has been weak and manipulated. His memory is highly selective, though, and he skews things that let him believe he is in full control.
