I've seen a lot of sites where you can let people request different name colours in the cbox. I've been trying to figure out, but as far as I can see, you can only change name colours for the groups as a whole, not just specific people. v.v Do you need to buy something extra for that or is it a thing you put in the css?

are you talking about changing names in the cbox, or changing the colors of names on the forum?

if you have a premium cbox, you can change people's individual names through filtering. filtering is how you get most work done w/ the cbox, actually.
add: user_name:<span style="color:blue">tsundere</span>
to your filters, but replace "tsundere" with whatever username you want to change color. you can substitute "blue" for any color name or hex code or other hmtl mark up you might use to alter appearance.
if you're doing this for everyone, you might want to go the class route instead.
user_name:<span class="myclass">tsundere</span>
put that in the filters
.myclass { color: blue }
and put that in your Edit CSS page

I put this,
user_name:<span style="color:#0D4F8B;">hash+</span>
in filters, but it doesn't seem to work.

oh my bad
user_name:<span style="color:#0D4F8B;">hash+</span> should be
hash+:<span style="color:#0D4F8B;">hash+</span>
you need to replace the first user_name with the word/username you're filtering. /missed that typing it
