Starry Neko I was about to necrobump this - THIS NEXT EPISODE IT IS HAPPENING I just caught up to 34. SO YUYA. THIS IS PLOT. IT CAUGHT UP TO YOU. I WANNA KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. Also I find it that always the cute ones have the most freaking weird faces that look like their eyes are going to fall out of their head. They aren't Nicolas Cage- they can stop that crap- seriously. I actually enjoy how they're writing this so far. I actually want to /know/ what's going to happen. Also is it just me or does it sometimes break the flow of the anime to sometimes see the really obvious 3D model shoved in there? It's not so much the monster- but when you catch Yuya or another duelist it just looks so drastically different for a brief moment. Also apparently LDS is MIB. Memory erasers are common technology for future cities. Yeah they're making use of the CGI. I don't really have high expectations on the graphics so it's not that bad for me. Plus I've seen Kingdom >> so it's definitely not bad for me. Hey, they can make digital stuffs SOLID. Can practically kill you. Hospitalize you. Real injury hospitalization. I think this was Gozuburo's plan to use Seto's invention for military purposes. YGO ACTUALLY HAS AN OVERARCHING PLOT I'VE BEEN WANTING TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN SINCE EPISODE 1. I'm really just worried that this would end up like 5D. 5D had a solid plot until that solid plot ended and it was just a bunch of new arcs and evil guys appearing. But I guess I should enjoy the ride for now. I hope Yuya continue siding with Sora. I know Sora isn't the bad-bad guy. Did you catch what he said about friends being just a game? HE WILL NEED TO LEARN WHAT REAL FRIENDSHIP ALSO MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS QUOTE OR TAG ME SO I KNOW YOU REPLIED BECAUSE I WANT TO KEEP TALKING ABOUT THIS ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS NO EP THIS WEEK.

DUDE SAME HAIR AND EYE COLOR YEAH THAT'S BAKURA RIGHT THERE I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING OFF ABOUT SORA THE FIRST TIME HE SHOWED UP. Seriously. Though you're right with the eating of innocent food LIKE A RABID ANIMAL that he would fit in the Bakura/Ryou category. Also is that first picture from Season Zero? I never actually sat down to watch season zero cause of the art. I watched like maybe five episodes or something. As to your other post - I'm a bit confused if it has anything to do with the Moment. I know 5D's didn't really touch on that- but like..giant contained energy that could be used to make holograms (BECAUSE THEIR ECONOMY IS PRETTY MUCH SCREWED IF PEOPLE STOP BUYING CARDS/DUELING) and card games more interesting. But...that would amuse me if Gozaburo really just had a way to make child card games even more dangerous. I wish it did more coherent damage. I mean you saw what fell on that twerp during the last episode. Besides his ninja skills, he looks all kinds of squishable. I was debating on if I was going to like the series to be honest from the first episode, but seeing the focus, seeing the changes- I actually find myself really wanting to focus on this plot. Though you and I both suffer from the worries of 5D's. (Seriously I actually enjoyed the first season and I stopped watching the second cause I couldn't care enough) My question, is what is always up with the magical jewelry? Someone ALWAYS HAS MAGICAL JEWELRY. Though I love how it focuses on the girly jewelry then Gogenzaka's manly bandanna in the opening. I cannot take the second open seriously. I mean it IS a better song than the first one, but the second one just...why. I have so many questions. Also apparently dragons riding rainbows are going to be things. As for Sora, I honestly have no idea. I mean he could be a bad guy who learns, but considering what happened last time with bad guys who want to be people's friends doesn't turn out well. Though if they do pull it off, I will honestly be clapping. I didn't like Sora's character at first and I still can't say I fully do but /dangit/ he interests me and that's all that matters. What's your opinion on Gogenzaka, Yuzu, or hell- even their coach (That I can't remember his name to- the one who screams 'HOT BLOODED' all the time. Also we will never speak about the kid getting shivers ever. He can go die in a hole, he creeps me out.

Also we will never speak about the kid getting shivers ever. He can go die in a hole, he creeps me out. Season 0 was great because of the art style. It was funny. AND SATANIC YAMI YUGI. Season 0 was the closest to the occult genre of YGO. It was the original, before getting turned to magic. Actually, I think the system they're using to generate Solid Vision is going to serve as a central plot device. It was strangely emphasized how it operates (in the animation) at the beginning of the tournament. And it kind of reminds me of that thing they used in Yu-Gi-Oh 5D. The one that caused Zero Reverse. If you've already heard, Arc V's timeline is an alternate with Zexal. It's the resulting timeline from 5Ds when Yusei won while Zexal was the result when he lost (hence why there were no Syncho Summons in Zexal.) And the MISSILE AT THE START OF THE OPENING. That was kind of what gave me the excitement. It gave me the shivereru.I didn't have much hope at the start. The art style looked like another Zexal to me and the first opening was corny for me. But I eventually fell in love with Yuya. 5Ds didn't have a magical jewelry! They have badass tattoos. I didn't really see what was so likable about Sora either. A lot of fans like him lol but I got tired of his obvious charade. I love the development and his duel against Shun. Looking forward to how he develops. I love Gogenzaka's deck but I'm not really sure if he's going to be staying in the long run. I love his duel against Yaiba but skipped the rest of the episodes that centred around him xD Yuzu - I LOVE her duel against the LDS girl. Well you know what. All the duels have been fantastic. SHIVIRERU. I honestly think she's Shun's sister or...niece. It's already been implied that Yuzu was adopted like Yuya and we don't know who or where her mother is.... I don't remember his name either xD But I think he's cool. Yes we will totally not talk about that shivireru kid c8

Yes we will totally not talk about that shivireru kid c8 I actually haven't watched Zexal and none of my friends had, so that was lost on me until I googled it a bit. It was pretty focused on the solid-vision system but hasn't been sense. Though that does clear some things up - so thanks on that. (Also someone force me to watch Season Zero. I need to. I like how dark it is, but at the same time that /art/. ) OH GOD YOU ARE SATAN. STOP. KID FREAKS ME OUT. I was still laughing from the magical stones fight with Mr. Capri-man trying to look actually threatening. I actually enjoyed the animation though in the opening more so than the first, though the song is pretty good as well. Yuya has become my favorite, and I want to see more of Yuto, but damn we have to wait for it. (Also. Dancing hippos. Those things should be banned.) Ahahaha- yeah, they did. I actually liked the design of the tattoos as well. Yeahhh, I will fully admit, first episode got me a small chuckle when he showed up in Yuya's place, but otherwise, it got lost. Sora's facade was so obvious, I wasn't sure if it was ever going to go away. I was more curious why Yuya has a bloody fireman's pole in his living room and a trapeze in his room. That leaves me with plenty of questions about how many times he has fallen on his head and gotten hurt. Also I think it's really cute that his mother just rescues all those strays. ;; I'm like that myself. STOP BEING EVIL. I don't know if he'll be staying around either. His deck is nice, I like his character, but I'm not sure if it's going to be in it really long. Or if he's just going to be the vanishing character that shows up some times here and sometimes there when he's needed. Yuzu is one of the first female protags I generally am just okay with. She's not my favorite, but she's not my most hated. When she's not falling to the stereotype of 'hit the main character' syndrome, I genuinely adore her battles. Also the second LDS battle was adorable. The girl on that team is pretty cute as well. I've used her as a FC on my site I am curious about her heritage- but again, I'm not going to guess since I fail at that so far. You're terrible. That kid scares me

I like her when she's fighting but otherwise, she's okay. Though speaking of female protags, IZAYOI AKI DAMN IT THEY RUINED HER. She got sidelined so bad. Yeah I like that Cleopatra-looking girl too can't be assed to check her name especially her deck. I don't really like it when YGO does that same gender battle thing when there's women involved.

Yeah I like that Cleopatra-looking girl too can't be assed to check her name especially her deck. I don't really like it when YGO does that same gender battle thing when there's women involved. I don't really want to watch it personally- just because from what I have seen characters aren't my favorite, so I dunno. I was never sure really why they sidelined her, I mean I didn't care for her design, but her character was there. Yuzu was actually the first one introduced to the plot in Arc V so I hope that means she stays relevant to the story. Masumi I belive is her name. Kotsu Masumi. Her deck is not so cutesy (Unlike Sora's which turns into nightmare fuel) but it still has an appeal to it. I thought the battle in the tournament was better than the one at the school. I can certainly say I enjoyed it more than Gogenzaka's. I thought Sawatari's battle and Yuya's was good as well. I mean backflips into crumbling buildings good apparently. I just watched the newest episode- 35 for me. Sora's gone off the railing like before. Because card games before health. Also Yuya's going to get his love of the game trampled on all over again- (I'm seeing a bit of Judai/Jaden here) but to be honest, I'm curious what the hell this all out battle is going to be. Also, does Reiji just have a good relationship with Sawatari or something? "Here, I got you stuff. Test it out for me. Don't die." and when he loses, he just gives up those cards like "Kay." with no fight? I just kind of find that a bit hilarious. I mean obviously scarf-man is the big boss, but I never see too much aggravation at it. Also, Yuya, say hi to your twin. Also the plot that escaped you for freaking 35 episodes.

I think he fused with Yuya.
I thought he might just have returned to the XYZ dimension but that doesn't really make sense.

Wow, I didn't expect a bad episode. Not BAD. Just very rushed. It's weird. I feel like they ran into a problem, because they just crammed in what would have been 2 and a half episodes in one. It didn't make me lose hope or anything though. The next episode looks very promising. I thought they're going to show a bunch of duels again before we get there. Still hyped and happy with the series! I also expect to see Yuuto soon again. I already miss Yuuto
