Last night, I spent a lot of time sorting everything out and making this place work with lore and the different worlds and species. So now I am posting this to see if there is any interest in it and if there are any ideas. I'll cover what I have so far. zerohour is an angel and is helping set up a premade skin for us and helping me work on it, so yeah, tagging her in here.
Lore
Long ago...
a daring young soul, called Hiccup, began to bring peace between the dragons and the humans with the help of his mother and his village. As they explored the whole world, they soon discovered a new breed of dragons, called monsters. These creatures were violent and stronger than the dragons, but also more deadly. Very few showed the intelligence that the dragons did and very few could match the intelligence of Hiccup and his Night Fury. Yet this lead to the curious question of why no one had ever seen them. The truth was, these monsters were not aliens, they were different dragons, just adapted to survive in a hunt or be hunted world. With this, he and his friends discovered hunters.
People that believed the only way to survive was to kill, or even trap and relocate the monsters. They were steadfast in their thinking, but even some minds were changed by the young boy and his dragon. With a show for all to see in the city capital, the boy showed the people even the most vicious of Rathalos, the most deadly of Nargacuga, and the most deadly of Barioth could be tamed. Even the captured Elder Dragons were shown to be far more intelligent than the other monsters and even more than dragons themselves.
Yet they were not met with resistance. Hunters were worried about losing their jobs, and those that still feared monsters nor feared dragons. The guild, having already accepted Hiccup and his teachings to change their world, was split in two. The side of the hunters and the side of the trainers. Or, as it is most commonly referred to as: The Monsters and the Dragons.
So, what are you? Are you a Monster or a Dragon? Or do you swing both ways? Take the side your heart tells you, and pick up your weapon. Its time to get started.
Armor && Weapons
This has been simplified to the point where someone might ask what use does a high rank weapon have and the answer is that you'll need one to take on higher quest for higher rewards. Same for weapons.
Quest
Quest are being run on a very simple system so nothing is too staff heavy, and group quest are allowed with simple rules. Quest offer points which can be used to purchase IC and OOC items.
Points
As of right now, points are just called points. If they have another name in the future has yet to be decided, but they are generally currency for the site. These points will be able to be sold and traded between members (like is someone owns a blacksmith, they can get points as payment for 'crafting' a weapon or armor for someone). These are gained mostly through quest, but are also gained by posting. This way, not everyone has to go on quest to get points (given it is usually faster).
Hunter Rank
Ranking has also been simplified into just a few sections. The site runs on a mentor/apprentice sort of feel for younger hunters/trainers even though no one has to do this. Ranking up can happen when the user reaches a certain post count or purchases an upgrade.
The Guild
The Guild has been split into Monsters and Dragons, each side explained in detail so members will know which side will best fit their character. Neutral is also offered.

Those are the bare basics of everything I'm working on without posting the whole mess here. Any suggestions, concerns? owo
