Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso, otherwise known as Your Lie In April is a musical drama anime featuring a child genius pianist who's lost the willpower to play, and the eccentric violinist who forces him to get back into the music. It's a brilliant anime. The animation is beautiful, the OST is amazing, and the characterization is brilliant. The show takes place over a single year, and tackles issues like depression, loss, abuse, illness, and overcoming one's own doubt. So, who's watched this? Did you like it? Did you dislike it? Let's talk about it. and let's not talk about my recent obsession with using Kousei as an FC ok let's just not

THE FEELS. THEY WERE TOO STRONG.
-holds Daily, weeps into shoulder- I KNOW, SWEET DARLING, I KNOW.
But no seriously, I think the only complaint I had was that the end was foreshadowed by like, episode 5. Otherwise, seriously super good. It was faithful to the manga too, and better, because musical animes shouldn't be manga.
