A noragami or Akame ga kill forum?

The plot of Akame ga kill! :
In a fantasy world, fighter Tatsumi sets out for the Capitol to earn money for his starving village, and finds a world of unimaginable corruption, all spreading from the depraved Prime Minister who controls the child Emperor's ear. After nearly becoming a victim of this corruption himself, Tatsumi is recruited by Night Raid, a group of assassins dedicated to eliminating the corruption plaguing the Capitol by mercilessly killing those responsible.
What I'm doing to it:
In an AU version of Akame ga kill, the kingdom is facing the corruptions of the Prime Minister, who does nothing but control the Emperor with false truths that manipulate him in every sort of way. People are dying, the wealthy are growing while the weak are withering, nearby tribes are suffering - and no one is doing a thing. That is, until the revolution is created. Will your character choose to resort to violence in order to defend their beliefs, or fall victim to Prime Minister's brainwashing and believe that defending the kingdom is the right choice? It's up to them to decide.
Basically, unlike in the anime/manga, the forum focuses not only on Night Raid, but on the revolution itself. Characters will be able to help plan out attacks against the opposing side and be part of the bigger war, rather than hide in the shadows. May it be soldier, officer, or medic - every and all characters are useful. Some roles may even be given out as an event prize. (one example may be something like The Four Rakshasa Demons. Though, these roles would cater more towards the plot.)

Night Raid positions
Emperor
Prime Minister
jaegers (On here, Jaeger was an organization created the moment word broke out about a revolution)

This site would be REALLY member driven for the plot and such, but all in all, I think it would be fun! Missions would be available for both sides - even assassination missions. Teigu (are mysterious and extremely powerful relics that exist in the world of Akame Ga Kill! They are rare, and only the strongest of warriors are able to wield them. Some have the appearance of equipment or weapons, while others seem to be living creatures. It is implied that a form of magic was used to create them.) would be explained on the forum completely. A list of available Teigu from the show itself shall be placed on the forum for claims, along with a rosters of the other created Teigu. Teigu are automatically given to all members of Night Raid and Jaegers. Only a limited amount of officers will be given access to a Teigu, and some may be rewarded or bought via shop.
We can't have too many teigu running around; a fight between teigu users can only end two ways after all - either one dies or they both die. There can even be a cool bounty list.

Original Plot:
Yato is a minor god whose dream is to have a lot of followers worshiping him and praying to him. Unfortunately, his dream is far from coming true since he doesn't even have a single shrine dedicated to him. To make things worse, the only partner he had to help him solve people's problems, had just quit the job.
His godly existence and luck just might change when he stumbles upon Iki Hiyori and saves her life; a feat which also leaves her in quite a predicament so she is stuck with him until her problem gets resolved. Together with Hiyori and his new partner-weapon Yukine, Yato will do everything he can to gain fame, recognition and just maybe, one shrine dedicated to him, as well.
What it's going to be on the site:
Again, the site would be an AU Noragami rp, including a variety of gods to claim. Each god will have a limited about of Shinki slots, which is based off that god's popularity. Instead of a money system, I was thinking of having a fame system, which gods can use to buy actual boards for their shrine, and Shinki can use to buy an upgrade (Blessed Regalia). There may even be a leaderboard kind of thing, to show who's the most popular god and such! There could also be a clan system!
As for the plot, I'd think it could be cool to do something original. Like, what if Shinki are beginning to fall into sin more often now, as if temptations are always being thrown at them, but no one can explain it? Or we can expand on the whole situations with Strays? To be honest, at the moment I don't exactly know what to do, but I have a couple of other ideas that may suffice plot wise.

Different gods
Maybe 2 or 3 Blessed Regalia
whomever the main bad guy is

if you're interested in ANY of this, please, please, please, inform me. My biggest problem is the whole skinning dealio. I'd have to find someone willing to skin something out for me, or possible resort to a premade. Either way, that's one of my current issues. As far as staff goes, I would prefer to have one co-admin and 2 mods regardless of what forum I choose to make. If one mod could be a graphic mod, that would be AMAZING too. You would get all the brownie points! If not, that's fine too! I don't mind either way~
So, uh, yeah. Leave a like, post a suggest, or do whatever. I just want to know if anyone is into this before doing any sort of work...
I haven't seen one yet and that anime is the best! It would be so much fun playing awkward little lowbie leveled deities. I think that there would be a real popularity surge for someone like that.
