How in the world do I get rid of the "Thread, Created By, Views, Replies" etc. line in the threads list WITHOUT collapsing my entire forum width to the size of a pea? Like, it literally just collapses on itself and I want to make a custom thread list design. I even attempted to make the line invisible but that doesn't work because the list still squishes to the size of the first column! Like the hell am I doing wrong?! >.<

If memory serves, what you want to get rid of should be under Admin > Themes > Layout Templates > Board. You want to take out the entire part that's in the thead tag since that's setting the layout of the table, which thus is making it so any adjustments within the thread list are adjusting to the size of the first box or second or so on.
By removing the header part of the table, you're essentially opening up said table to be used for any width dimensions you want or need.

Kuroya Yeah, that's what I tried at first, but for some reason it wasn't working. It would make my board super tiny and no matter how much content I put in the boards themselves, it just wouldn't expand. It would stay at about an inch in width. I eventually got it to work by fiddling around with it, though I'm not sure how, but eventually my width: 100% worked. But now I've run into a different problem x.x I think I made an error somewhere when coding this skin because I've never had this problem before. I just wanted a sidebar, and I've made plenty of sidebar skins before so I don't know what went wrong. But now on the Create Thread/Create Message/Reply screen... it collapses in size again so that it's just wide enough to fit all the content, but it's like.. missing padding? And that big gap to the right of the sidebar and the edge of the screen is back -sighs-

this isn't a complete solution but it'd be really easy to just modify / put in css so that the text is the same color as the bg lmao then it'd technically be 'nonexistent' c:
