Site info: Taifuuden is a Naruto AU rp in the making, set in the time of the founding of the hidden villages. These villages will be unique and created by the players, following guidelines, and will have unique Clan composition. It will have an EXP system based on post quality, which is used to purchase better stats and Jutsu, while you may go on missions to get money for items in the same manner. There will be site-wide events, but generally the game is made so that the players shape the world and the story within.
I expect you, as staff, to be friendly. This might seem odd, but there's nothing worse than unfriendly Staff. I need you to be helpful and professional when dealing with other members, not filled with scorn, arrogance and irritation. Grading Mods especially need to be able to produce quality posts themselves, and thus need to be seasoned RPers. This holds true for Mission Mods as well.
