Hello, I’ve been out of forum roleplaying for a while but I’ve been planning to pick it back up. I’m a person who tends to adapt out-of-character to the atmosphere that the site presents, but I’m not sure how strong my C-box presence will be. Instead, I prefer to hit up plotters and get threads from there.
A large part of my excitement that comes from roleplaying is having people do plots that I create with me, participating in site-run events, and action and adventure. I want my threads to be significant. I really don’t want to do the meet-and-greet roleplays in a coffee shop anymore. Uhm, I’m not a big slice-of-life fan, but if it has intrigue- I’d probably enjoy it.
I promise to be proactive in finding plots for me and my character. Activity doesn’t have to be large, but activity has to be consistent.
I can talk in cap’s locks. I can make an articulate argument. [/blinks sleepily]
I like a lot of genres when it comes to roleplaying so that won’t be a determining factor for me. A high word-count is a deal breaker, I consider anything above two hundred words to be that amount. I can write that much, but I prefer having the ability to choose not to. A lengthy profile also make me nervous, only because I don’t want to invest my work in something that doesn’t last, y’know?
I prefer fantasy over sci-fi and I think that’s really it.
I hope to see you guys soon!
