that's right, i went there guys. what'chu goona do about it.
all jokes aside, i'm curious. i know i'm not the only foodie around here because it's the internet for godsakes!
where do you eat? what do you eat? homecooked or restaurant made? are you too busy for home-made meals? do you cook? or does someone else do it for you?
for me, i love a good homecooked meal, because why the hell not! i'm a big fan of japanese and korean food because that's what my mom tends to make a lot, despite the fact we're neither of the two?? and to be honest, the saying the quickest way to the man's hear is his stomach applies to me so much.
so, what's ur stomaches food preferences?

where do i eat? um well my favorite restaurant is chipotle but since i live in bum fucking egypt (aka north dakota) right now, there are none nearby and qdoba isn't very good...
but i love to cook. i don't necessarily have any like STAPLES in my diet since i like to cook a variety of meals and i'd like to think i'm pretty good at them. like tonight i'm making swedish meatballs. everybody else i know eats ramen or orders pizza, so.
my only downfall is my horrible electric stove. it doesn't cook or bake anything evenly so my food is never as good as it could be with a gas stove. but i make it work.

Mostly I order out, because I'm lazy. I would say busy, but it wouldn't kill me to spare an hour away from tumblr to cook. I'll make quick and easy stuff (stews, burgers, pastas, soups, etc) somewhat regularly, because at some point in the month, I'm starting to go a little too broke to keep getting delivery. That I'm not a picky eater means that I'm more likely to just whip up some steak & eggs or creamed spinach (with diced bacon!) and call it a meal than anything that takes real effort.
I have also been known to just microwave an entire package of bacon and eat it. ...Yeah. In my defense, I've never done that outside of finals week.
These days I mostly cook chicken soup and beef stew, because they're easy. Dump everything in a pot and do something else for the next four to six hours, basically. A lot of my favorite foods I refuse to ever make, like risotto, simply because I refuse to stand next to the oven stirring for longer than about five seconds.

um. i eat dining hall food. (y) i sometimes make ramen if it's too cold outside [aka, I feel like being a bum] and sometimes I make rice with that.
and an egg. i eat really healthy.
and at home, I just cook rice and noodles [weird chinese-american foods] everyday because I'm an unskilled cook who's incredibly inpatient. I also like to pretend I'm a vegetarian at school because the meat in the dining hall is weird. and I have so many allergies, it's a lot easier for me to just cook for myself. My family is stupid.
and um. I make myself scrambled eggs with soysauce for breakfast. I recently learned that it sounds really weird to normal people.

Mrrrrrrrrr, mostly home-cooked food, because my mom is a fabulous cook, but I eat Mcdonald's on exactly one day a week, and eat ramen/leftovers/pizza rolls for lunch, depending on what we've got. Occasionally like soup. Soup is delicious~

It's normal to eat home-cooked meals here in the Philippines since we're an agricultural country. Eating outside is usually for those living in condominiums or are considered as special times for your family and friends. We eat rice, stews, meat and so on. Pastas and Western food are usually reserved for special occasions or if we're sick of the traditional food that we eat lol. My mom's quite the chef so she makes salads, california makis, salmons, barbecue, tempuras and all sorts of food. I can cook eggs. I like eggs.
Yeah, I grew up not cooking my own food. But I can cook given the chance! I always cook when it's cooking time in school.

AHHHHHH i actually have the same exact eating habits *^* minus any allergies. got a meal plan, and i'd go vegetarian if i weren't afraid totally abandoning meat were nutritionally dangerous. =n=" got some ramen in the closet and eggs in the fridge and i poach it with the noodles because it makes the water taste better. i also eat scrambled eggs with soy sauce in the morning haha. and i make fried garlic rice because it makes me feel worldly - my old brasilien roommate showed me how.

after i spent three years in a culinary arts school, i was pretty tired of making food at home .. but i make my own food, always. unless mom cooks, ofc, or the very rare time i go out also i'm a vegetarian, so that works better for me 8'| I'M NOT A STEREOTYPICAL VEGETARIAN THOUGH. like, eat whatever ya want, k. it's YOUR body.
i do like pizza though.

i would try but i heard it wasn't kosher. cry why aren't people kosher?
in all reality, my favorite kind of food is japanese. i crave sushi constantly and i blame my mom b/c the only thing she could eat when she was preggo was japanese food. i eat kosher, so like, no meat and cheeses, or pork or eel OR SHELLFISH. um, soda makes me wanna throw up so i can't drink that.
um, i eat a lot of chicken on a daily. i cook a lot of stir fry, i mean, there's nothing simpler for me than boiling rice and throwing in veggies with a little soy. i like spaghetti with ketchup instead of tomato sauce. idk what i really eat all the time, it's more of a list of what i don't eat.
uh i eat turkish/chinese/japanese/american/irish/greek/jewish food.
