So yup, everyone has been saying that GS is so old and lame, which I think is a bunch of shih tzus. I was never too into GS (although I did spend some time playing with my dog's arms and making him dance to it-), but I'm not into the Harlem Shake either.
I'm lame, I know, I know.
But still what the fish is wrong with this generation and all these dance moves. >< No offense, guise. We all know that I'm only saying this because I suck at dancing. /shot

^ This here.
But then again, I don't count the Harlem Shake as a real dance, it's more of people going wild for no reason rather than 'dancing'.
GS is... 'Better' in that respect, I guess. It is a 'dance move' by my standards.

Not really into either dance (or song for that matter), but if you go on Youtube and search "do the harlem shake" the page does the harlem shake

l-lol I liked Gangnam Style for like 2.5 seconds. Then everyone started liking kpop cuz of it and I was like 'no shit have you ever heard of this group that group etc.' and they haven't.
Harlem Shake... I just... the only thing I remotely like is when you search 'do the harlem shake' on Youtube and even then...

i wasn't that interested in the dance and i didn't expect the mass popularity of gs, actually. i just found the video funny? it was one of those moments when i could actually say 'i knew gangnam style before you did hahahah' because i knew of kpop, lol
and i actually didn't know what the harlem shake was until i did it with cast members lol

Harlem Shake is basically just some peeps humping the air and doing crazy shit, cause like YOLO and whatever.

It is a 'dance move' by my standards. Harlem Shake is both a meme and a move, actually. The harlem shake actually takes a lot of talent. I sure can't pull it off anyway. You can see the move here (the whole vid has it, but I just think the girl in the sweater kills it, so I start there).

Oh, I was talking about the meme lol
I thought we were talking about the meme, sorry for the confusion.
Though yes, I do agree that the real dance does need a lot of talent to pull off. I can't dance.
