My highlight code plugin translates the brackets ( [ ] ) into <span>[</span> WHY? Can someone help me fix this?
Also, idk why but the affiliate buttons at the bottom of the page only show the link if you hover over the bottom part of the banner. I've tried setting the size and everything but it won't work? Help?
These are both issues on Spectrum. Plz help.

can't help with the second but
for the first, does it happen ALWAYS or is it only if you change pages?

on your plugin screen try to move the highlight codes plugin to the top or close to the top. I've experienced that error before and messing around with the placement of the plugin seems to help.

the only thing i can suggest with the second one, rather than add the class="aff" to the img code in the aff banner, is to instead put the div code around each aff banner... or put one around all of them with nothing special to the coding really and add
.aff img { (code to give the borders and padding) } or even .aff a { (coding) }
i'll have a play around though, see what i can come up with to fix that
EDIT: the coding works on my test site??? that's so weird. i guess try adding "position: relative; z-index: 5;" to the css of the aff class?
(sorry i couldn't be much help)

(sorry i couldn't be much help) the dumb thing for the aff code is that it's ONLY on spectrum -- like i've inputted Face's exact css + even banners from there and its the same thing. It happened no matter where i've put them header, footer, next to the cbox, under the cbox, etc. it happened both with css and with just the regular banners without any custom css around them.

hey idk about the plug-in issue, but your issue with affiliates is because you have this somewhere in your css (according to inspect element):
img { pointer-events: none; } you can find and remove that, or you can add this in so that it overrides that rule for affiliate images only:
img.aff { pointer-events: auto !important; }
