okay. so is there a solution to unbolding the links to board names that i just dont know about?
i'm currently changing the b class to have a font weight of normal but that does one of two things: 1. if i put it in the main header, it only removes the bold links on the main page, but not of subboards. 2. if i put it in global headers, it will remove all bold text from the entire site.
the code looks like
<style type="text/css"> b { font-weight: normal!important; } </style>
also, with the board mod, i cant get the "unbold board names" code to work...
is there a way to only change bold links with this method or is there some other secret thing I just don't know about? the first solution works a bit better because i can still have bold on my site, but the fact that it doesn't change the subboard link titles just...irks me. D:

if you're using a byo mod, you can put a div around your board title [or add to the css around the board title] and add font-weight:normal; to it, and it should just effect that bit.
Otherwise, put it under .windowbg because that's the pb default.

i had that included in my css already
<style type="text/css"> #boardlink { font-size: 18px; font-weight: normal!important; } #boardlink a { font-size: 18px; font-weight: normal!important; font-family: arial narrow; letter-spacing: -1px; } #sublist { font-size: 11px; } #sublist a { font-size: 11px; letter-spacing: -1px; } #boarddesc { background: #A5A5A5; padding: 7px; } #lp { background: rgba(68,34,32,.3); padding: 2px; margin-top: 5px; } </style>
this is a conundrum... ):

unfortunately not...
and i have no clue why. *long sigh*
there is a workaround, where i put the b { font-weight:normal } code in the header of every page that has a subforum as well as the main header...but that's tedious.
if theres no other way to do it that seems to work, then i guess i'll do that buuuuuut i'd like an easier way, lol.

This is what I'm using on my test site to make board links normal. It requires Myo Board Mod. If you use myo board mod, you can give the board link a class. So let's say the class is boardlink. You'd use this.
.boardlink b { font-weight: normal; }
You have to specify that you want the "b" to not be bolded. Same thing goes for italics, ect.

this might be obvs, but i just thought it'd be helpful to point out if it's a class, you add the . and if it's an id you need #. when it's a standalone tag, ie body/a you don't needa put anything.
just for anyone that may have not known/realized that also needed help with something like this, lol.
