It's that time of year again! The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the humidity is tormenting... but it's time to forget all that because Steam is having a huge sale! What savings await you?
Yes, I realize I am way late but I go by my own standard of time. I am curious to know how much damage Steam has inflicted on your guys' wallet? I spent a little over $60 and received 10 games, as opposed to the usual $60 for 1 game. Here is my haul.
The Haul
· Antichamber (A really confusing and psychedelic First-Person Puzzle/Platformer that warrants comparison to Portal.)
· Bastion (I actually have no clue what this game is about.. I remember hearing good things about it a year or two ago...)
· FTL: Faster Than Light (A Rouge-Like with RTS/RPG elements. Extremely addicting and challenging though I fail as captain..)
· Grand Theft Auto IV/Episodes from Liberty City (What better way to prepare for GTA V? By the way, Multiplayer is a chaotic mess.)
· Guns of Icarus Online (A Steampunk-based First Person Shooter centered around Airship battles. It's really immersive, I feel like I am actually aboard a floating vessel.)
· Hotline Miami (Everyone wouldn't shut up about this game... and I finally see why. A retro-stylized Third Person Stealth/Action game with loads of pixelated gore.)
· Mark of the Ninja (Side-Scroller Stealth/Action game with some of the best Stealth mechanics to date. This is coming from a Metal Gear Solid fan.)
· Monaco (Similar to Hotline Miami with a hint of Team Fortress 2 and Payday: The Heist. It has a focus on 4-player Multiplayer.)
· Super Meat Boy (Extremely late to the party on this one. Hand-drawn punishing platformery goodness.)
· Trails Evolution Gold Edition (My favorite purchase. A side-scroller motocross game, which reminds me vaguely of early Tony Hawk. Addictive, challenging, and totally worth the purchase.)

Not spending a dime, he repeats to himself. Not spending a dime...
Seriously, Steam. How do you expect me to spend all of my money during the holiday sale if you go after it during the summer too?

I brought myself Witcher 2. I'm working on completing Witcher Enhanced Edition that I got off of Origin also for under a tenner.
Also saying now if anyone makes a Witcher RP somehow especially if somehow you can make your own witcher I'm so tempted to join its bad!
